Power Up! Electricity Museum is part of a new multipurpose facility within Manjimup Heritage Park. The museum explores the history of electricity in Western Australia through the former World of Energy collection, alongside future-focused stories of innovation and renewables.
Creative Spaces designed the exhibition to be engaging and accessible, using colour, form and materials to reflect the idea of “lightening the load.” Interpretation balances technical information with interactive and visual storytelling.
Creative Spaces delivered the full exhibition, with administrative and procurement support from the Shire of Manjimup.
The museum supports learning across generations and contributes to the park’s role as a regional tourism destination. Additional locations within the park include the Historic Hamlets and State Timber Museum, both projects completed by Creative Spaces.
