The Murchison GeoRegion is a unique and picturesque region located in outback Western Australia. The proposed self-drive trail will take tourists through a number of ancient sites and landmarks in the region. Creative Spaces designed earthy, organic branding that reflects the iconic landscape of the region, with the brand mark being an abstract interpretation of the ancient lands and brilliant skies – a trademark of the Murchison. The deliverables included branding, brand style guide, complete with interpretive signage design, a trail guide booklet and brand merchandise. We also managed the development of the Murchison GeoRegion app and website which was completed by Specialist Apps.
The Murchison GeoRegion is Australia’s first major geotourism development. The region is a unique part of the country and should be on everybody’s travel bucket list.
